  • LegSculptor Mode automatically adjusts the stride length in 2-inch increments every 2 minutes during any workout to alternatively work different lower-body muscles groups (calves, glutes, quads, hamstrings, etc.).

  • Whisper eStride technology provides remarkably quiet, fluid electronic stride adjustments from 18 to 24 inches to fit different sized users and target different lower-body muscle groups.
